VIG is excited to have executed a 25 year ground lease with Les Schwab to demolish our apartment complex in Cheyenne, WY. The property is located along a major retail corridor with many national tenants. The site has a dedicated stop light on the corner making it a prime spot to develop into retail. Les Schwab will be opening for business in 2023. This was an exciting project for VIG and will provide a steady cash flow.
