We focus on recognizing value add opportunities and implementing strategies to increase an assets performance. Ultimately, it is about creating value for our investors, lenders, sellers, team members, partners, employees, and tenants. VIG has consistently been able to identify opportunity, develop a working business plan, and execute that business plan in multiple markets with different asset types throughout various economic cycles.

The company focuses on demographic and economic trends to determine the outlook of the market and sub-markets where we are considering investment opportunities. Using information gathered from the chamber of commerce, local government, local real estate experts and federal agencies, VIG keeps up to date on local and regional trends, as well as economic changes in the market place. We seek out areas where the population is growing and jobs are being created as these contribute to the long-term value and appreciation of real estate. Through thorough and consistent market research we are able to make informed investment decisions.

Targeting under-performing properties and adding value through:
